PRAYER WARRIORS
HOME VISITS AND MEALS
COVERED IN PRAYER
Our prayer warriors are dedicated to lifting one another up in prayer weekly, hoping to involve as many of our congregation as possible.
Our team provides home visits and meals for those facing difficult situations, whether homebound due to illness or some other reason, Caring for one another should be a shared blessing and our mandate as a church.

A group of ladies in the Blue Ridge, Ga. area gather on fourth Friday of each month to knit, crochet, and enjoy camaraderie. Coffee and snacks are provided. The garments they prayerfully create are given to members of The Ridge in the case of illness, medical procedures, recovery, bereavement, or to celebrate the birth of a child.

Missions
Global Missions
The numbers of unreached people who know nothing about the Gospel and Jesus Christ includes 7,414 people groups worldwide, which equates to 3.23 billion people or 41.6% of the world’s total population. The Ridge is committed to the Great Commission, stated in Matthew 28: 16-20, to make disciples of all nations.
The Ridge Missions goals are twofold: Support missionaries on long-term assignments, and train and send men and women from The Ridge on short-term missions.
Our global outreach includes funding assistance and sending long-term missionaries to apply effective strategies who will present the Gospel message of Jesus to reach the unreached and unengaged peoples in the world. These missionaries win converts, and establish viable, perpetuating churches. We currently support eight missionaries serving in either Ethiopia, Arabia, India, China or Columbia, South America.
Local Missions
We train and send Ridge short-term teams to international, cross-cultural destinations for meaningful service/evangelism efforts that make us missional. On an annual basis teams go to serve in countries such as the Dominican Republic, El Savador, and places even closer, such as Clarkston, Georgia.
Our Mission Advisory Council provide guidance, direction and leadership for the investment of resources for maximum Kingdom impact.
